Aroma Yin Yoga Workshop
Melt and stretch away those mid-December stresses with the Aroma Yin Yoga Workshop!
You will be immersed in a rejuvenating and grounding 2 hour Yin Yoga flow. The practice will be complemented with the stimulating aromatherapeutic effects of essential oils that will help you connect with the poses and ultimately yourself.
Please wear comfortable sportswear that you can move in freely.
Also bring your mat, socks, a towel (regular bath size), and a light sweatshirt/jacket (if you do not have a mat, there will be mats to borrow)
