Numinous Yin Yoga WorkshopReset, vibe, and get your fascia (the casing that covers your whole body) to stretch so your body can work at its peak. This 2 hour workshop will be challenging, but to your own level, and while it will be accompanied by essential oils to balance our energetic selves; the reset, stretch and self love you gain will leave you feeling at your highest self. In this workshop we will be focusing on the lower half of our body but will work on our body as a whole.
